Rafal                                                  Slupsk, Poland

Hi my name is Rafal and I grew up in Poland as a Catholic but even though I went to church regularly, God wasn’t present in my life. I went to church every week but the meetings were never interesting  and I didn’t get anything out of it.

I wasn’t really looking for God

I went to church but I wasn't really looking for God. I lived an average life of a worldly person, including drinking alcohol and smoking. One day a friend of mine told me about the Lord but I wasn’t interested in changing my lifestyle.

However after looking into the Bible I decided to attend a Revival Centres meeting. I liked what I saw and after thinking about it I decided to get baptized in September 2007. The same day I got baptized I spoke in tongues.

The same day I got baptised I spoke in tongues

Being a part of the meetings made me realize how special the members of the church are. They seemed to be different to other people, better and happier. I knew it is the right way.

Before I had received the Holy Spirit I had a knee surgery after which I recovered for nine months. After I got Spirit filled I had another surgery of my second knee and it took me only two months to recover. I knew that the Lord helped to speed up the healing process. God taught me how to live and how to work. He showed me how to cope with people and He taught me peace and tranquility, things I had always struggled with in my former life.

                                  What a fantastic feeling

The Lord is blessing my life continually.  I am walking constantly in the path of the Lord and I know I have a future. What a fantastic feeling.
