I became a Christian when I was 26 years old. I wasn`t really looking for the Lord but obviously He was looking for me.  I grew up as a Catholic but I wasn`t really interested in church nor anything familiar too it. To me church always seemed to be more about  politics than about faith.

To me church seemed more about politics than faith

Five years ago my neighbor Wiktor witnessed to me and soon after invited me for a tea. He spoke to me about  God which was very weird for me because in Poland people don`t usually talk about faith.

A God that “interferes”

Wiktor caught my attention when  he spoke about a God that interferes in everyday life.  After this discussion he invited me for a meeting  where for the first time I heard the real Word of God.  I knew that there was something special and after the first meeting I decided to attend the meetings regularly.

I knew that there was something special

In October 2006 I decided to get baptized and two months after I received the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Soon after  Wiktor and I got married.

Now I really feel that I am living

I thank the Lord for putting Wiktor on my way. Now I really feel that I am living. The Lord is always with me, provides abundantly and solves all our problems.
